PhysioJar Terms and Conditions TERMS AND CONDITIONS Welcome to Physio Jar. By accessing or using this website or platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1. Nature of the Platform Physio Jar is a professional digital platform designed to facilitate search, visibility, access, and direct communication between physiotherapists and parties seeking physiotherapy professionals. Physio Jar’s role is limited to providing a technology-based platform for professional visibility, search, and communication only. 2. No Job Posting at the Current Stage At the current stage, Physio Jar does not publish job advertisements or job vacancies on the platform and does not operate as a job board or vacancy listing portal. 3. No Recruitment or Intermediary Role Physio Jar does not act as a recruitment agency, employment intermediary, staffing provider, or hiring representative. Physio Jar does not shortlist, screen, select, recommend, appoint, recruit, employ, coordinate interviews, negotiate terms, or participate in hiring or contracting decisions between users. 4. No Contractual Involvement Physio Jar is not a party to any employment contract, service agreement, professional arrangement, negotiation, or legal, financial, or contractual relationship formed between users. Any professional, contractual, or financial relationship formed between users is solely between those users and remains their exclusive responsibility. 5. User Responsibility Each user is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, validity, and reliability of all information, data, documents, licences, credentials, and qualifications submitted, displayed, or relied upon through the platform. Each user is also solely responsible for independently verifying any other user before entering into any professional, contractual, or financial arrangement. 6. No Guarantees Physio Jar does not guarantee any response from another user, any successful communication or agreement, any interview, engagement, hiring outcome, or professional opportunity, the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any user-submitted information, or the identity, qualifications, licences, conduct, intentions, or suitability of any user. 7. Platform Limitation Physio Jar provides technology tools to facilitate access and communication only. It does not provide recruitment services, legal advice, professional verification, regulatory approval, or official endorsement of any user or organisation. Use of the platform is entirely at the user’s own risk. 8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Physio Jar shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, dispute, delay, non-response, failed arrangement, or professional, financial, or legal issue arising from use of the platform, reliance on any user-submitted data, profile, document, or information, or any communication, dealing, arrangement, or agreement between users. 9. Acceptable Use Users agree not to submit false, misleading, or unlawful information, impersonate any person or entity, misuse the platform for harassment, spam, unlawful solicitation, or any unlawful purpose, or upload or transmit content that infringes the rights of others or harms the platform or its users. Physio Jar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or remove any account or content where misuse or breach of these Terms is suspected. 10. Future Features Physio Jar may, at its sole discretion, introduce additional features or services in the future, including the possible publication of vacancies, professional opportunities, or paid services for employers or recruiters. If such features are introduced, they may be subject to additional terms, fees, or policies published at that time. 11. Changes to the Terms Physio Jar reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 14. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, logos, designs, software, databases, text, graphics, and materials available on Physio Jar are owned by or licensed to Physio Jar and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent from Physio Jar. 15. Account Suspension and Termination Physio Jar reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account or access to the platform at any time where it reasonably believes a user has violated these Terms, provided false information, engaged in misuse of the platform, or created legal, operational, or reputational risk to Physio Jar or its users. 16. Consent to Display Organisation Information By creating an account, submitting information, or using the platform as an organisation, clinic, healthcare facility, employer, recruiter, or professional service provider, the user may choose to grant Physio Jar permission to display the organisation's name, logo, website, and general business information on the platform, homepage, marketing materials, social media channels, or other promotional content. Where consent is provided, Physio Jar may identify the organisation as a healthcare provider, physiotherapy service provider, physiotherapy seeker, employer, recruiter, or organisation interested in connecting with physiotherapy professionals. The organisation may withdraw such consent at any time by providing written notice to Physio Jar, following which Physio Jar will make reasonable efforts to remove such information within a reasonable period. 17. Business Licence Disclosure Physio Jar operates under a valid trade licence issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), United Arab Emirates. Any reference to such licence is provided solely for business identification, regulatory compliance, and transparency purposes. The existence of a trade licence shall not be interpreted as a governmental endorsement, certification, recommendation, guarantee, or approval of any user, organisation, service, information, opportunity, or transaction conducted through the platform.
