No Recruitment or Intermediary Role Physio Jar does not act as a recruitment agency, employment intermediary, staffing provider, or hiring representative. Physio Jar does not shortlist, screen, select, recommend, appoint, recruit, employ, coordinate interviews, negotiate terms, or participate in hiring or contracting decisions between users. 4. No Contractual Involvement Physio Jar is not a party to any employment contract, service agreement, professional arrangement, negotiation, or legal, financial, or contractual relationship formed between users. Any professional, contractual, or financial relationship formed between users is solely between those users and remains their exclusive responsibility. 5. User Responsibility Each user is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, validity, and reliability of all information, data, documents, licences, credentials, and qualifications submitted, displayed, or relied upon through the platform. It does not provide recruitment services, legal advice, professional verification, regulatory approval, or official endorsement of any user or organisation.
